These Terms & Conditions describe the general terms under which a person may access or use Helen's marketing site, waitlist, and product surfaces.

By accessing or using Helen, a user is agreeing to these terms and any policies referenced by them.

Helen is intended for adults who can form a binding agreement. A user may be required to create an account or use supported authentication methods to access certain product features.

Users would be responsible for maintaining accurate information, protecting account credentials, and notifying Helen of suspected unauthorized use.

Helen is intended to help users stay organized around hormone schedules, symptom tracking, periods, notes, reminders, and related wellness or routine-management tasks.

Helen is not medical advice, not a medical provider, and not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or care.

Helen may include AI-powered features, including Talk and related assistance features. Those features may rely on third-party AI models, model providers, transcription services, or infrastructure vendors acting on Helen's behalf.

By using AI-enabled features, a user understands that submitted text, audio, prompts, and related context may be processed in order to generate responses, improve feature reliability, monitor misuse, and support the operation of the service.

A user may provide an email address to join the Helen waitlist or receive updates. Helen may use that information to send confirmation messages, launch updates, and other communications related to the service.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product access, timing, pricing, or feature availability.

Users may use Helen only for lawful, personal, and authorized purposes. Users may not misuse the service, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted systems, or use Helen in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.

Helen may suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, fraud, or other prohibited conduct is detected.

Users may submit information or content while using Helen, including routine logs, symptom notes, account information, and feedback. Users retain rights in content they submit, except to the extent needed for Helen to operate, host, process, and improve the service.

If a user provides suggestions or feedback, Helen may use that feedback without restriction or compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Helen and related branding, software, interfaces, designs, and content are owned by Helen or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant a user ownership of Helen or a right to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly allowed by law or written permission.

Helen may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Early-stage and beta functionality may change frequently, and some features may be delayed, revised, or removed.

Helen does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, browser, or environment.

Helen is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Helen disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage.

Information shown in Helen may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate if user-entered data is incomplete or if service dependencies fail.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helen and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.

Any direct liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms may be updated from time to time, including to add governing law, dispute resolution, venue, or other legal provisions as Helen's product and operations evolve.
