Helen is building a supportive product for women navigating perimenopause and hormone therapy. This Privacy Policy explains, at a high level, how Helen may collect, use, store, and share information across the marketing site, waitlist, and product experience.

This policy is intended to describe the kinds of information Helen may handle and the ways that information may be used in connection with marketing, account access, support, and product functionality.

Helen may collect information you provide directly, such as your email address when you join the waitlist, account information you provide during signup, and messages or other content you choose to submit while using the product.

Helen may also collect limited technical and usage data, such as browser information, pages visited, referrer information, and campaign attribution data used to understand how people find the marketing site.

Helen may use information to operate and improve the marketing site and product, respond to inquiries, send waitlist or product-related communications, personalize user experience, and support internal analytics, quality, and security work.

Helen may also use information to provide support, diagnose issues, maintain service reliability, and communicate about updates, policies, or product availability.

Helen may use third-party AI models or AI infrastructure providers to support product features such as Talk, summaries, assistance, transcription, response generation, and other AI-powered workflows.

When a user chooses to use those features, information submitted through the feature, such as text, audio, or related context, may be processed by Helen and by third-party providers acting on Helen's behalf in order to provide the feature, improve reliability, and support product operations.

If you join the Helen waitlist, your email address may be stored in Helen systems and synced to Helen's email tooling so Helen can send confirmation messages, product updates, launch announcements, and related communications.

Helen does not intend to sell waitlist or marketing contact data. Marketing attribution data collected on the site is intended to help Helen understand channel performance and improve future communications.

Helen may share information with service providers that help operate the product and marketing site, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and infrastructure vendors.

Helen may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a corporate transaction such as a financing, acquisition, or merger.

Because Helen is intended for hormone and symptom tracking, some information used in the product may relate to health, reproductive, or wellness topics. Helen intends to handle that information with heightened care and to limit access based on operational need.

Helen may update this policy over time to add more specific consumer health, privacy, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures as the product evolves.

Helen may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and support safety, security, and product improvement work.

Helen intends to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

You may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or export of certain information, or opt out of some communications, subject to verification and applicable law.

Marketing emails from Helen are intended to include unsubscribe or contact options where appropriate. Product and transactional communications may still be sent when necessary to operate the service.

Helen is not intended for children, and Helen does not intend to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Helen may update this policy from time to time. If the policy changes materially, Helen may revise the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
